Privacy Policy: Any
and all information I collect is used by me and only me. I do not
giveaway, rent or sell my customers' information to anyone for any
reason. I do use the information you give me for processing
orders, improving the website, and maybe a mailing (postcard) once a
year or so. My newsletter (
ChainChatter)
is a double opt in newsletter so no one else can sign you up (unless
they have access to your email account). ChainChatter will
go out about once a month or less, and will announce sales, contests,
new kits and tutorials.
Ounces or Troy ounces??
Everything except karat golds are
measured by troy ounces. Karat golds are measured by the
pennyweight (dwt) which is 1/20th of a troy ounce.
Cutting: Your orders will be processed in
the order in which I receive them and will usually ship out 5-7
days after you order them. There are times when my turn around
time may be longer and I will try to update the
welcome
page to let you know. However, sometimes I get so busy
I come up for air, to see my kids, husband, dogs, eat and download the
next round of orders. I will try to post when I
am running behind due to order volume, waiting on wire,
vacations/sickness, etc.
Shipping: Presently
I
ship orders the day after they are cut.

shipping is via USPS First Class with Delivery
confirmation. International shipping is via USPS First
Class International mail. However
if you desire a different shipping method, please include it in the
comments section at checkout or email me.
Rings: I use half hard
wire and hand wind it around mandrels of the indicated diameter (i.e.
3.5 mm, 4.0 mm etc.). The coils are hand cut by a high powered
saw, resulting in high quality rings with a flat flush cut . The
rings are inspected visually and then tumbled to bring them to the
beautiful bright shine and burr- free
finish.
Special Orders: I welcome
special orders! I can cut ring sizes from 2 mm to 7 mm in 0.25 mm
increments and from 7 mm to 13
mm in 0.5 mm increments. Right
now Argentium Sterling Silver and Karat golds are
by special
order only. The minimum order is 2 ounces of Argentium for any
gauge and of Sterling in the gauges not listed (14 ga, 24 ga,
etc.). So if you want 1 ounce 16 gauge 3.5 mm and 1 ounce 16
gauge 4.0 mm you have met the 2 ounce minimum for a gauge.
However, if you wanted 1 ounce 18 gauge 3.5 mm and 1 ounce 16 gauge 4.0
mm,
then the minimums for the gauge haven't been met and you would need to
adjust your order accordingly. Karat golds (14, 18 kt) are sold
by the pennyweight and a minimum order of 3 penneyweights per gauge is
required.
